Cancellation policy

We look forward to welcoming you to Hotel Hammersø. If there are changes in the travel plans, unforeseen events or the like, these are our guidelines in connection with changes or cancellations.

Once the reservation is made, the final confirmation will be sent. Thereafter, the first prepayment, which constitutes 30% of the price of the stay, must be paid.

Cancellation policy:

• A cancellation must always be made in writing by sending an email to hotel@hammersoe.dk
A non-written cancellation is not valid

• The stay can be canceled up to 28 days before the day of arrival at in the event of timely cancellation, we will refund the prepaid 1st payment, less administration fee of DKK 300

• If canceled later than 28 days before the day of arrival at 12:00 pm, 1st payment is non-refundable.

• If canceled later than 7 days before the day of arrival at 12.00 pm payment is charged for the full stay

• In case of no-show from the reservation payment is charged for the full stay

• If a situation arises during your stay with us that means that the stay must be interrupted prematurely, payment will be charged for the full stay, less an amount corresponding to the reserved meals.

For reservations made directly at Hotel Hammersø, we will, to the greatest extent possible, be able to offer a change of date or room type. The payment amount paid in may 'move' to a later period, but must be agreed in writing with the hotel.
