Our restaurant can be found in the main building at Hotel Hammersø and sets the tone for a tempting buffet in the morning and the meal of the day in the evening. Most tables here have a view of Hammersø and a look at Hammeren, so your taste for sights can be fulfilled by the best Bornholm has to offer.

We have preserved the architect-designed interior, so it shows a thorough retro style. Whether you are sitting down at the table for breakfast to get strength for the experiences of the day, or in the evening to enjoy dinner, you will notice that our adult concept provides a calm atmosphere.

You can book a stay at Hotel Hammersø with the morning buffet alone or with half board including the 3-course meal of the day*. Our kitchen builds on good raw ingredients and solid food traditions that you know and love. We’ll happily leave the wild experiments to others.
